Notice biographique
Nina Owens studied art at the Knowlton Academy and later taught in Danville, Quebec. She painted landscapes and genre scenes of the Eastern Townships. She exhibited at the Spring Exhibitions of the Art Association of Montreal from 1910 to 1927 and at the Royal Canadian Art exhibition in 1918. A retrospective exhibition of her works was held at the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Sherbrooke in 1992.
