- Lennox Grafton (born: Daphne Lennox Grafton) attended the University of Toronto, receiving a Bachelor of Architecture in 1950. She worked at a number of Toronto-area architectural firms during the 1950s, focusing on the design of schools, churches, and commercial buildings. She established her own practice in 1960, and in 1967 joined Public Works Canada. In the 1970s she was responsible for designing residential schools for the Canadian government, most notably on the First Nations reserves of Attawapiskat and Kashechewan in Northern Ontario. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s she was an active member of "For the Recordm" a project that worked to document women architects who had graduated from the University of Toronto from the 1920s to the 1960s.
