- Biography synopsis
- As a young woman Campbell studied at the School Fine Arts, North Adelaide, and at the Regent St. Polytechnic, London. On completing her studies, she spent nine years working as an illustrator in England and Europe. While working in Italy she met Canadian artist Ted Campbell; they married and moved to Saint John, New Brunswick in the 1950s. Campbell often took an experimental approach to her painting but also created realistic landscapes in watercolour, semi-surrealist and abstract works. Rosamond and Ted Campbell moved to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, in the 1970s.
