- Biography synopsis
- Barbara Stephens studied at the Ecole des beaux-arts de Quebec at the end of the 1920s and is best known for her illustrations included in a series of books by Blodwen Davis in the early 1930s. Her paintings and sketches were also acquired by many middle and upper-class Quebec residents during this era. Stephens is alternatively known as Barbara Stephens-O'Halloran.
