- Biography synopsis
- Anna Kingwatsiak was the sister of artists Keeleemeeoomee Samualie (1919-1983), Tye Adla (1936-1990), Iyola and Mikigak Kingwatsiak. Her drawings, many of which were turned into prints by the West Baffin Island Print Cooperative, focus on Inuit imagery and life. Her work was reproduced in the Annual Cape Dorset Graphics collection in 1968, 1970, 1971, and 1973. Anna Kingwatsiak died in 1971.
